The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is an entry level management position and will be responsible in assisting with the day-to-day management of the Hyatt Regency Seattle Food & Beverage Outlets. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is integral part of the hotel's overall Food and Beverage team.  Responsibilities may include:

· Supporting and managing
** Food & Beverage Outlets
** while working closely with the F&B leaders, including the Director and Assistant Director of Operations and other hotel departments.

· Responsible for the short and long term planning of the Outlets

· Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team

· Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results

· Full understanding of Colleague engagement

· Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance

· Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions

· Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity

** The salary range for this position is $80,169.00 to $86,600. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.*

· Minimum of 2  years as F&B Leader preferred
