The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is an entry level management position and will be responsible in assisting with the day-to-day management of the Hyatt Regency Seattle Food & Beverage Outlets. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is integral part of the hotel’s overall Food and Beverage team. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting and managing Food & Beverage Outlets while working closely with the F&B leaders, including the Director and Assistant Director of Operations and other hotel departments.
- Responsible for the short and long term planning of the Outlets
- Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team
- Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results
- Full understanding of Colleague engagement
- Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
- Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions
- Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity
The salary range for this position is $80,169.00 to $86,600. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.

Qualifications- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Leader preferred
- Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
