Housekeeping Supervisor - DoubleTree Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport

The Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team. The hotel is conveniently located next to Seattle‑Tacoma International Airport. The Link Light Rail station is two blocks from our door and gets you to downtown attractions like Pike Place Market, The Space Needle, and Lumen Field within 25 minutes. The hotel offers 850 guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of meeting space.

Full availability including overnights, weekends and holidays.

Starting probationary rate will be $25.34 and after 90 days, rate will be $27.99.

• Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assess inventory of, assign for cleaning and inspect rooms.
• Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms.
• Monitor payroll reports, work schedules, lost and found program, stock rooms and carts, and designated inventories.
• Communicate and coordinate with Engineering / Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas.
• Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties, as needed.
• Assist in performance evaluations of Room Attendants and Housepersons, as needed.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist in Laundry Operations as needed.

• Minimum of one year of housekeeping experience, preferably supervisory.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Schedule flexibility and full availability.
