The primary role of this internship will be to support our Front Desk Operations as a Front Office Host. Job shadowing, projects, and further learning and development opportunities may be available!

Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host, and have a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impression for our guests!

The hourly rate for the primary role of this position, Front Office Host, starts at $29.70/hour. For those Front Office Hosts who have remained in their positions for four years or more with Hyatt, they are currently offered a rate of $30.29/hour.
