• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow with accuracy and poise.
• Communicate seating status clearly with service and management teams.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming host stand and entry area.
• Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and special requests.
• Support service staff during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous host or front‑of‑house experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, professional presence in a high‑energy environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and guest experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service times.
