We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to join our James Beard award‑winning team at one of our D.C. Michelin‑starred restaurants:
Rose’s Luxury, Little Pearl, Pineapple and Pearls, and our international events company, Extra Fancy.

Job DescriptionHospitality Managers have a wide range of responsibilities, including setting up and preparing the dining room(s) prior to service, handling reservations, welcoming and greeting customers, and coordinating the work of the service staff.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creating culture: ensure that everyone is having fun, which leads to guests having a good time; maintain consistent restaurant standards and set an example for the staff.
- Service: act as the guest’s first point of contact and ensure a positive initial impression; maintain floor awareness, fill gaps, act as a communication bridge between BOH and FOH, update menus, exemplify hospitality, and retain regulars and industry guests.
- Guest relations: go the extra mile, improve the bar standards, and exceed guest expectations.
- Communications: manage internal email communications and MOD log, distribute information company‑wide, and promote transparency.
- Training: provide staff with tools and materials, such as new‑hire packets, training schedules, and spec sheets.
- Day‑to‑day: respond timely to emails and voicemails, assist the General Manager with projects, map out the evening’s service before the pre‑shift meeting, assist with ordering, work varying hours (including closing shifts and service), and be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications and Skills- Hospitality‑focused with a background in service.
