Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine and load/unload dishware and flatware.;
Clean and sanitize ovens, steam kettles, mixers, and other kitchen equipment; clean and sanitize kitchen drains, sinks, floors, and walls; mop, polish, scrub, and buff production areas.;
Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using appropriate solutions.;
Set up, clean, and operate the silver burnishing machine to polish and transport silver; designate worn pieces for repair.;
Safely store and handle cleaning chemicals and materials with proper protective clothing.
