ResponsibilitiesA Banquet Steward/Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware for our banquet functions. The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, basic mathematical reasoning, refined organizational abilities, time management, and a sense of urgency. This vital role works alongside our Culinary and Banquets team to ensure events are executed flawlessly and in a timely manner.
The position involves constant teamwork interactions and requires the ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight (about 50 pounds).
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $27.50 to $29.07. The starting rate is $27.50. Colleagues with four years or more in this position receive $28.05, and a lead steward may earn $28.50; those with four years or more as a lead steward receive $29.07.
