• Previous experience in operating a luxury lifestyle property.
• Leadership skills to articulate a strong vision, embed the values, and move the entire team in one direction.
• Strong people‑manager and developer who positively influences others, builds a cohesive team, and creates a culture focused on high customer score and online reputation.
• Visibility with guests and team members, using that visibility to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
• Ability to think independently while understanding the line between autonomy and accountability.
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of delivering across key business metrics and a balanced scorecard.
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of all commercial and financial aspects of hotel operations.
• Proven track record in developing, rolling out, and operating successful concepts.
• Highly driven and dynamic attitude with a passion for hospitality that permeates everything you do.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication and influencing skills.

Salary: $220K – $230K
