Steward, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering, Dishwasher ​/ Kitchen Assistant

Position

Steward – Full time (Four Seasons Hotel Seattle)

This position reports to the Assistant Stewarding Manager. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine.
• Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food & beverage facilities.
• Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the silver polishing program.
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner.

• High school education (preferred).
• Working knowledge typically learned on the job.
• Previous stewarding experience is a plus but not a requirement.
• Ability to operate, maintain, and properly clean dishwashing machine, sinks, floor cleaning equipment, and silver burnisher.
• A positive and energetic demeanor.

• Compensation: $24.04 per hour.
