The Edgewater Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team! The Front Desk Agent's duties will include (but not limited to):

• Provide excellent guest service and problem resolution to AAA Four Diamond standards.
• Check guests in and out.
• Follow checklists, run reports, handle cash and other payments, make reservations for walk‑ins.
• Effectively communicate guest requests to other departments, and resolve guest issues promptly with a positive outcome.

Shifts are as early as 6 am and end as late as 10 pm. This position will require mostly PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.

This is a seasonal position of expected dates being 5/1 to 9/1. Subject to change.

$28.50 per hour

• Must have customer service experience and computer skills.
• Personable and professional phone demeanor and clear enunciation.
• Hotel experience with a similar property is preferred.
• Springer Miller knowledge a plus!
