Overview
Grand Hyatt Seattle is hiring for a Housekeeping Attendant in the Housekeeping/Laundry department. This is a full-time, hourly/entry-level position based in Seattle, WA. Compensation includes an hourly pay basis of $28.20 to $28.76, with starting rate $27.50 per hour and an established rate of $28.05 per hour for colleagues with four years or more of service. This role supports multiple housekeeping teams, including laundry, public areas, and guest rooms, and may involve working with different teams within the same week.
Responsibilities- Assist the Housekeeping team, including laundry, public areas, and guest rooms, as needed
- Respond to guest and colleague requests and provide the needed assistance
- Support Room Attendants by stocking landings with housekeeping supplies
- Assist with processing hotel and guest laundry and maintain cleanliness of public areas and guest rooms
- Participate in special projects to support the housekeeping team
- Demonstrate strong communication and guest service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; ability to lift, push, and pull a moderate weight
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible work availability to include weekends, evenings (preferred), and holidays

The position offers an hourly rate range of $28.20 to $28.76 per hour. The starting rate is $27.50 per hour, with an established rate of $28.05 per hour for colleagues with four or more years of service. Potential additional compensation may be earned through gratuities and related allowances.
