Primary Responsibilities Include

• Performing all check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously.
• Managing guest reservations and room allocations.
• Answering hotel telephones and responding to guest inquiries via email and in person.
• Handling guest payments and managing cash floats accurately.
• Providing comprehensive information about hotel services, Taormina, and local attractions.
• Resolving guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Liaising with other departments to fulfil guest requests.
