Providence is seeking a Concierge to be the first contact for guests and patients on the Seattle campus, setting a warm, uplifting tone. You will use knowledge of hospital areas and surrounding businesses to assist with information, access, way finding, and triage operational issues as they arise.
The role requires 1 year in hospitality with strong customer service. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and healthcare familiarity is a plus.
