Responsibilities

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for guests and patients, setting a positive, warm and uplifting tone to those visiting the campus. Using extensive knowledge of all areas of the hospital and businesses surrounding campus, the Concierge supports patients, employees, and guest requests by providing information, access control, way finding, and acting as a go‑between for triaging operational issues that arise.

Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of related hospitality sector experience providing exceptional customer service dealing extensively with the public
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree --or-- equivalent education or experience
  • Experience in healthcare
