Meet timelines and banquet menus prior to scheduled events;
Participate in pre-banquet meetings to ensure appearance/hygiene standards and review banquet event orders;
Coordinate with Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager to ensure accurate menu tags and allergens;
Ensure timely changes/instructions and proper inventory of rentals and supplies
