Hospitality Concierge

Job Description

The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for guests and patients, setting a positive, warm and uplifting tone to those visiting the campus. Using extensive knowledge of all areas of the hospital and businesses surrounding the campus, supports patients, employees, and guest requests by providing information, access control, way finding, and acting as a go‑between for triaging operational issues that arise.

• 1 year of related hospitality sector experience providing exceptional customer service dealing extensively with the public.

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in healthcare.

Pay range: $22.05 - $33.74. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
