Supervise the operation of the Stewarding department and train staff on cleaning methods and equipment;
Ensure sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met in all culinary spaces;
Partner with management to establish stewarding schedule needs and lead through Lead Stewards;
Maintain weekly inventory levels and ensure surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly;
Develop and implement a routine cleaning schedule and contribute to employee engagement
