Columbia Hospitality - 506 2nd Avenue - Responsibilities:
Work as a hybrid bartender and server taking orders accurately and efficiently;
Prepare all beverage orders per recipe standards and ensure attractive presentation;
Deliver a warm and welcoming guest experience and assist with food running/bussing;
Serve at banquet/catering events and private events as instructed by Operations Manager and Banquet Captain;
Adhere to health and safety practices and Washington State Liquor Laws; manage dietary restrictions and guest concerns
