What You Will Do

As a Night Auditor you will:

  • Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports
  • Ensure accuracy in guest billing and resolve discrepancies
  • Perform overnight audit procedures and system balancing
  • Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures
  • Support a safe and secure environment during the night shift
What We Are Looking For

We are seeking team members who are:

  • Reliable and able to work overnight shifts
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong communicators with a guest first mindset
  • Professional and able to work independently
  • Positive, respectful and team oriented
  • Preferred
    • At least 2 years of hotel or front desk experience
    • Familiarity with hotel management systems and reporting tools
Certifications Requirement

Must obtain a valid Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire. Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines.

Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions

This is an active role. Candidates must be able to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
  • Use computers and office equipment for extended periods
  • Occasionally lift, carry or move items such as supplies or luggage
  • Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout overnight shifts
