This position works overnight Night Audit shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Schedule may vary based on business needs, occupancy levels, and operational requirements. Candidates must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, and be able to work variable overnight shifts as assigned.

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 p.m.–7 a.m.). Handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions.
• Own the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is accurate.
• Perform regular security walks to keep the property safe and help guests sleep easy.
• Create daily reports, including the Daily Flash Report, to give management insight into overnight operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top‑notch even in the wee hours.
• Use Windows, spreadsheets, and word documents to solve problems independently.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
