What You Will Do

Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports
Ensure accuracy in guest billing and resolve discrepancies
Perform overnight audit procedures and system balancing
Assist with guest check‑ins and check‑outs during overnight hours
Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and care
Maintain accurate records and follow hotel procedures
Support a safe and secure environment during the night shift

What We Are Looking For

Reliable and able to work overnight shifts
Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
Strong communicators with a guest‑first mindset
Professional and able to work independently
Positive, respectful, and team oriented

Preferred Experience

At least 2 years of hotel or front desk experience
Familiarity with hotel management systems and reporting tools

Certifications Requirement

Must obtain a valid Alcohol Server Certification within 30 days of hire.

Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines.

Physical Requirements (Essential Job Functions)

Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
Use computers and office equipment for extended periods
Occasionally lift, carry, or move items such as supplies or luggage
Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout overnight shifts
