Hourly Compensation: $28

(This is a set hourly wage. No wage range exists).

Assist in the efficient, safe, and professional operation of the hotel’s building, grounds, equipment, and physical appearance to support an exceptional guest and employee experience. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing the hotel’s interior and exterior painted surfaces, conducting routine property walks to identify areas requiring attention, and responding promptly to engineering requests from guests and team members.

In addition to painting responsibilities, this role supports the Engineering team with general building maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and other projects as assigned.
