Directly supervise catering operations including staff coordination, setup, preparation, service, and breakdown of catered foods, beverages, and events of varying size and complexity;
Coordinate event bookings, menu item selection, and pricing as needed;
Assist with hiring, discipline, and performance reviews;
Coordinate activities with other internal departments; participate in management team meetings;
Interface with vendors and client staff; represent Aramark at meetings and events; ensure sanitation and safety standards are met
