Attendant who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience.

Our Guestroom Attendantsareresponsible forthe cleanliness of guestrooms(including fixtures and equipment) or private residences,ensuring all standards have been metand any deficiencies corrected(if needed) beforeguest occupancy.

This position reports to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Director of Housekeeping.

U.S. work authorization isrequiredfor this position.

• Maintains cleanliness ofall guestroomand/or private residences– vacuuming, dusting, cleaning ofall guestroom surfaces (includingmirrors, furniture, floors,bathroom fixtures, etc.) ensuring they are streak andmark-free
• Monitors guestroomequipmentto ensure all items are in working order
• Completes assignednumber ofrooms to clean during a shift
• Participates in the detail cleaning of guestrooms as assigned in accordance withthe hotel’sPerfect Room Program (PRP).
• Remove sand replacesdirty towels and sheetswith clean product fromthe linen storage closets.
• Sanitizesall areas of theguestroom(bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom, kitchen areas) according to procedure
• Makes bed
• Removesroom servicetrays,dishesand carts to service landings
• Stocksguestroomlinenintheappropriate storageareason guest floors
• Retrievesand deliversguest requests as needed
• Replenishesguest amenities (i.e. shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, pens,etc…)in each room
• Refillscoffee/tea supplies, itsaccompaniments, and mini-bar items
• Placesrooms in turndown statusas assigned
• Inspects and releases own rooms,ensuring adherence to all standards

• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Previous Housekeeping experience preferred, but not required

• Compensation: $27.01hour
• 13 Days Paid Time Off + 10 Paid Holidays/year
