Join our dynamic team as a Full Time Overnight Steward/Dishwasher and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our renowned kitchen. - Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to ensure the prompt cleaning of dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area, including washing floors, walls, and kitchen equipment
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks as directed by the culinary team
- Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling standards
- Empty and clean trash and recycling bins
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow of dishes during busy service times
- Assist in various cleaning tasks around the hotel during the evening shift
