Cortina - Host

Cortina, located at the base of Two Union Square, is seeking a special individual to join our team. We are a large, fast-paced downtown Seattle restaurant serving Italian fare and craft cocktails, with a wonderful regular following and dependably strong year-round business. The ideal candidate will bring warmth and personality, possess industry experience, and desire to grow and learn with a team of dedicated hospitality professionals.

This is a key front-of-house role for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, has a natural sense of hospitality, and can juggle multiple tasks with grace. As a host, you ll welcome guests with genuine warmth, setting the tone for the entire dining experience. You ll manage the flow of service by using reservation systems and floor plans efficiently to seat guests in a timely and thoughtful manner.
