SAGE Dining Services® is hiring a Catering Lead for a stunning private school campus in North Seattle. We're seeking a motivated and energetic professional who enjoys creating outstanding guest experiences and leading successful catered events.

From small gatherings to events serving 250 guests, you'll play a key role in ensuring every event is executed with excellence and attention to detail.

$27.00 - $30.00 Hourly

Ensure that our clients' catering expectations are met and exceeded through impeccable organization and flawless execution at every event.

Properly set up a buffet or serving station, and lift and carry heavy equipment, trays, and dishes.

Practice food safety, sanitation practices, and procedures.

Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.

Clean all work areas and guest service areas on an ongoing basis.

Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies.

Ability to set guest tables with uniform formal place settings.

Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station.

Creativity and attention to detail to set up tables, linens, and chairs in an appealing manner.

Professional appearance and attitude to represent the Team positively.

Excellent communication skills to interact with SAGE Team Members and guests.

Flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including weekends.

Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
