Rooms Operations Manager

As a Rooms Operations Manager at Marriott, you will lead front office and housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities

• Manage room inventory, occupancy, and revenue-related metrics in partnership with sales and revenue leaders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional hotel leaders to coordinate operations and support property-wide initiatives.
• Resolve complex guest issues promptly and professionally, driving loyalty and repeat business.
• Use PMS data and reports to analyze performance, identify trends, and recommend operational enhancements.
