Receptionist, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

A confidential client is seeking a polished, professional, and hospitality-focused Concierge Associate to join their Seattle team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality, concierge services, reception, or front desk support who enjoys creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests and visitors.

The successful candidate will be reliable, personable, and comfortable working independently with minimal on-site supervision. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

• Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide exceptional concierge and front desk support.
• Respond to questions, requests, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming environment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and building personnel as needed.
• Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks.
• Handle sensitive information with honesty, discretion, and professionalism.
• Monitor the front desk/concierge area and ensure consistent coverage.
• Work independently and prioritize daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Provide a high level of hospitality and customer service at all times.

• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, front desk, reception, or customer service strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
