Our portfolio includes Von s 1000 Spirits (Seattle , Woodinville, Kirkland), Northwest Spirits (our distillery), and Sharps Roast House. We are seeking a high-performance General Manager who leads from the front, builds culture intentionally, and drives results.
We are looking for a roaming General Manager to cover leadership roles across all of restaurants in the greater Seattle area and on the Eastside with potential to have a permanent placement at one location as opportunity arises. This role is for a disciplined operator with creative instincts. Someone who understands systems, thinks beyond them when necessary, and elevates both people and profitability.
WhatYou Will Own:
Leadership & Culture
- Set the tone for energy, accountability, and hospitality standards.
- Build and sustain a high-performing, values-driven team.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier Front of House and management talent.
- Lead structured training, performance reviews, and leadership development.
- Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and respect.
- Direct all daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cash controls, and facility standards.
- Actively lead the floor during service to ensure execution and guest satisfaction.
- Enforce and improve systems, policies, and service standards across all shifts.
- Launch new menu initiatives through structured, twice-yearly training programs.
- Drive revenue growth and labor efficiency while protecting the guest experience.
- Oversee payroll in compliance with all labor laws.
- Analyze sales, labor, and cost reports to forecast, budget, and hit targets.
- Maintain strict accountability for cash handling, tills, and petty cash controls.
- Model hospitality leadership willing to host, bus, expedite, or serve as needed.
- Resolve guest concerns decisively and professionally.
- Maintain responsible alcohol service standards and health department compliance.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, alcohol service, and labor regulations.
- Address facility and equipment issues proactively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, high-standard environment.
- 5+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- A culture builder with strong emotional intelligence and direct communication skills.
- Operationally disciplined and financially fluent.
- Energetic, solutions-oriented, and driven by measurable results.
- Comfortable working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Consistently reliable and accountable.
- Able to coach managers, interpret financial reports, and elevate standards.
- You do not wait for direction. You create momentum.
- Ability to work onsite in Seattle, Woodinville, and Kirkland depending on operational needs.
- Base Salary: $95,000 $ 125,000 annually
- Quarterly Bonus:
Eligible after 90 days
