Become a Key Player as an Operations and Event Services Administrator
You will own day-to-day workplace operations and a 2,500 sq. ft. events center to ensure a professional, service-oriented experience for employees, tenants, members, and guests. You will drive event execution, front-office management, and operational readiness while collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders. This is an onsite role focused on in-person events, meetings, and facility management.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team- Manage planning, setup, and execution for in-person and virtual events, including room layout, audio-visual needs, vendor coordination, catering, and day-of support
- Develop and maintain the operational calendar, reservations, and execution standards to ensure consistent delivery and high-quality user experiences
- Respond to inquiries, generate leads, negotiate and complete rental contracts, manage bookings, and oversee billing to meet rental revenue goals
- Serve as primary front-office contact for incoming calls, visitors, and emails; maintain visitor logs, building access procedures, and guest-facing spaces
- Coordinate meeting room scheduling, setup, and reset; manage hospitality supplies and shared office areas
- Own inventory, purchasing, and assigned operating budgets for the events center and office supplies, making cost-effective purchasing decisions
- Maintain vendor and building management relationships for facilities services, maintenance, and issue resolution
- Establish and improve operational procedures, training (including audio-visual), and reference materials to support consistency and efficiency
- Monitor utilization and satisfaction metrics for the events center and recommend improvements to strengthen performance and user experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset
- Experience managing events, room setups, and day-of event logistics
- Experience handling front-desk operations, visitor management, and professional communications
- Proven ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and an assigned operating budget
- Ability to travel regionally and locally to meet with vendors, members, and stakeholders
- Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities
- Experience meeting rental sales goals, lead generation, and contract negotiation
- Familiarity with audio-visual training and operational readiness for high-visibility events
Pay is $28-$32HR
