  • Develop and maintain the operational calendar, reservations, and execution standards to ensure consistent delivery and high-quality user experiences
  • Respond to inquiries, generate leads, negotiate and complete rental contracts, manage bookings, and oversee billing to meet rental revenue goals
  • Serve as primary front-office contact for incoming calls, visitors, and emails; maintain visitor logs, building access procedures, and guest-facing spaces
  • Coordinate meeting room scheduling, setup, and reset; manage hospitality supplies and shared office areas
  • Own inventory, purchasing, and assigned operating budgets for the events center and office supplies, making cost-effective purchasing decisions
  • Maintain vendor and building management relationships for facilities services, maintenance, and issue resolution
  • Establish and improve operational procedures, training (including audio-visual), and reference materials to support consistency and efficiency
  • Monitor utilization and satisfaction metrics for the events center and recommend improvements to strengthen performance and user experience
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset
  • Experience managing events, room setups, and day-of event logistics
  • Experience handling front-desk operations, visitor management, and professional communications
  • Proven ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and an assigned operating budget
  • Ability to travel regionally and locally to meet with vendors, members, and stakeholders
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities
Here's What Else Might Help You Out
  • Experience meeting rental sales goals, lead generation, and contract negotiation
  • Familiarity with audio-visual training and operational readiness for high-visibility events
