Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and service-focused Facilities Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role supports a professional real estate and property management environment by keeping public areas, meeting rooms, conference rooms, work spaces, and service areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready throughout the day. The Facilities Associate is an important part of creating a positive workplace experience for employees, visitors, and guests.

- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of public areas, banquet spaces, work areas, service stations, huddle rooms, focus rooms, conference rooms, and open collaboration areas.
- Set up, stock, refresh, and break down rooms and work spaces before and after meetings, events, and daily use.
- Wipe down whiteboards, arrange chairs and stools, organize supplies, and ensure rooms are free of personal items and ready for the next user.
- Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, returning equipment to proper locations, locking doors, and breaking down materials as needed.
- Transport dirty linens, supplies, or other materials to the proper areas and follow lost and found procedures for personal belongings.
- Assist other departments as needed to help ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality guest and employee experience.
- Compensation: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour.

- Support room setups, breakdowns, supply stocking, and daily facilities readiness.
- Assist with service-area upkeep, equipment returns, lost and found items, and cross-department support.
- 1 to 2 years of related experience in facilities, hospitality, janitorial services, property management, office services, customer support, or a similar service-focused role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow clean-as-you-go procedures consistently.
- Ability to organize rooms, reset furniture, stock supplies, and maintain a polished professional environment.
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently while supporting team needs.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with employees, guests, and internal departments.
- Ability to perform hands-on facilities duties, including moving supplies, handling linens, arranging chairs, and maintaining shared spaces.
- Experience supporting corporate office environments, conference centers, hospitality venues, or real estate and property management settings.
- Familiarity with meeting room setups, event breakdowns, stocking service areas, and workplace cleanliness standards.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift throughout the day.
