The role reports to the Director of Catering and the Director of Sales and Marketing and focuses on maximizing hotel revenue and delivering exceptional meeting experiences.
You will maintain client relations, manage room blocks, review contracts, and collaborate with Food & Beverage to execute catering events with upsell
