Job Description # Legal Recruiter III
* Independently sources and identifies talent pipelines for critical roles within the Legal and/or Public Policy space.
* Requires an ability to calibrate with hiring teams to understand profiles and build pipelines of quality candidates to fill open positions.
* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, prior recruiting experience in the Legal industry is preferred. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
* Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
* Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
* 5+ recruiting experience
* 2+ legal recruiting experience
