Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Contract Recruiters for future opportunities to support high-priority searches across aerospace, manufacturing, and technology environments. This role is ideal for recruiters who are comfortable owning full-cycle searches, working directly with hiring leaders, and operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
Assignments may range from individual contributor and professional staff roles to senior, specialized, and hard-to-fill positions, depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Proactively source and engage passive talent using Linked In, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, experience, and alignment with business needs
- Manage candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and hiring manager feedback loops
- Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation, and hiring risks
- Maintain accurate documentation and status reporting throughout the search lifecycle
- Represent the client and search firm with professionalism, discretion, and urgency

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in agency or embedded contract environments
- Proven experience recruiting in aerospace, manufacturing, and/or technology
- Strong sourcing capability (passive candidate outreach is critical)
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable working with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting confidential or hard-to-fill searches
- Experience supporting high-volume staffing requirements
- Prior work with engineering-heavy or regulated environments
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
- Background in executive search or high-touch recruiting environments
