To partner with business leaders to execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement, we are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team to lead the US side of our HR portfolio. You will work closely with a geographically dispersed team of experts while working alongside our clients on some of North America s most significant projects.
This is an opportunity for someone who has an operational mindset that can think strategically and execute tactically within an organization that is on a growth journey. There is an exciting opportunity to lead HR in the US, mature and clarify existing processes, and design and roll out new ones that will help meet the needs of today’s diverse technical talent.
Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to influence decision-making across the employee life cycle, with a focus on employee relations, leadership coaching, talent management, and mobility.
- Serve as the lead HR partner for all People & Organisation matters across eight offices in the Western and Eastern U.S.
- Advocate for and support the U.S. business by acting as a liaison between leaders, the North American HR organization, and global Centres of Excellence (COEs) on mobility, training, compensation, and other people-related initiatives.
- Clarify, communicate, and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support coast-to-coast operations in the U.S., ensuring consistency and compliance.
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preferred professional designation.
- 8 to 10 years of progressive generalist HR experience supporting multi-state operations within the U.S. in a matrix environment, ideally within a professional services organization.
- Proven ability to balance strategic and tactical HR responsibilities while partnering across diverse functions and leadership levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership coaching, succession planning, and talent development, with strong influencing and consulting skills.
- Experience collaborating and driving organizational change initiatives across remotely located teams.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex issues, propose practical solutions, and drive implementation to completion independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of discretion, integrity, and judgment in handling confidential matters.
- Experience working within global or matrixed organizations strongly preferred.
- A Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHRca, or equivalent) is an asset.

Base compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 for Seattle and Oakland location only. Actual compensation is subject to variations due to education, experience and skill set.
