Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Greater Seattle Area for a Staffing Recruiter. The Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet clients’ staffing needs. The role involves handling temporary placement services, building strong client relationships, and maintaining clear and effective communication with both clients and candidates.

Additional responsibilities may include maintaining candidate databases, coordinating hiring events, and supporting clients with workforce solutions.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Staffing Services, including sourcing candidates and managing temporary placements
  • Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring processes, ensuring the selection of suitable candidates to meet staffing needs
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and candidates
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with team members
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment management tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in staffing/recruitment in a similar industry is preferred
