Recruiter II – Seattle, WA

This is a 12‑month contract role with Search Wizards, a leading global provider of talent solutions. You will manage full‑lifecycle recruitment for large‑scale industrial and logistics roles, partnering with hiring managers to meet aggressive monthly hiring targets.

• Manage full‑lifecycle recruitment, maintaining a consistent pipeline to meet aggressive monthly hiring targets.
• Lead candidate offer processes, including complex salary negotiations and closing strategies to ensure high acceptance rates.
• Draft and manage high‑quality business correspondence, job postings, and candidate updates that reflect a professional brand image.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring funnel to ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely placement.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand operational needs in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environments and provide market intelligence on compensation and talent trends.
• Use applicant tracking systems to track recruitment metrics, manage candidate records, and report on key performance indicators.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of recruiting experience.
• Proven track record in high‑volume, non‑tech recruiting (e.g., logistics, retail, supply chain, or manufacturing).
• Demonstrated expertise in candidate negotiations and offer management.
• Exceptional business writing and professional verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience within a large‑scale, fast‑paced corporate environment.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Experience in proactive candidate sourcing and building talent pipelines.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions and take calculated risks to move the process forward.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding the goal of ~23 offers accepted per month.

• Pay range for this position will be $47.47 to $52.47 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
