Recruiter, Talent Manager

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high‑volume hiring needs for a leading global technology organization. This onsite Seattle-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and can expertly manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring teams.

You will play a critical role in identifying top talent, driving the hiring process from start to finish, and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting
  , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Prepare and present offers
  , coordinate onboarding, and conduct new‑hire orientations.
• Partner with managers to anticipate hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Lead and direct tasks or small project teams when required.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in all talent-related matters.
• Leverage creativity and industry best practices to improve hiring outcomes and workflows.

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in industrial / high‑volume environments strongly preferred, including:
• Airline
• Warehouse
• Logistics & supply chain
• Retail
• Strong understanding of recruiting concepts, HR processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, handle multiple priorities, and exercise strong judgment.
