ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking a Recruiter with full-cycle experience supporting corporate and technical roles. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, managing the interview process, and closing candidates, with a strong understanding of compliance in a government contracting environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exercises sound judgment, and communicates calmly and effectively with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.
In addition to recruiting, this role will support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to broader People team efforts. This is a hybrid position supporting a Seattle, WA office, with in-person responsibilities including overseeing onsite interviews and engagement events.
Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to drive solutions throughout the full recruiting cycle
- Manage applicant tracking, review resumes, and coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews
- Develop and post job requisitions aligned with role requirements, education, certifications, and security classifications
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and provide guidance on equitable offers
- Source top talent using various recruiting tools and networking platforms
- Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates
- Support employee engagement initiatives and other People team projects
- 4+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience supporting technical and corporate roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Strong sourcing, compensation negotiation, scheduling, and social media recruiting skills
- Knowledge of recruiting compliance and reporting requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing calendars in Outlook
- Experience recruiting in highly regulated or technical industries
- Experience recruiting candidates with security clearances
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP)
