Position: Senior Employee Relations Partner (Fixed-Term)
** Role Overview
** Senior Employee Relations Partner (Fixed-Term) is a temporary role created to support increased Employee Relations demand and ensure business continuity. TThis role provides deep expertise in employee relations, investigations, and performance management across all levels of the organization and serves as a steward of F5’s employment policies and practices in the handling of sensitive matters.

** Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, preferably in a technology company Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills Ability to advise leaders at all levels without direct authority Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and change Strong knowledge of applicable federal and state employment and labor laws
** Qualifications
* * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of HR or investigations experience
