Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Partner actively seeks out opportunities to recruit diverse talent and works collaboratively with the TA Manager, HR Business Partner, Business Unit Executives, and local leadership to drive short and long‑term hiring efforts within specified markets/regions.

Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment cycle from identifying search opportunities and candidate sourcing to pre‑screening, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to hiring managers. This role manages the entire candidate experience from initial contact through the final offer stage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with full cycle recruiting in a corporate environment including recruiting process ownership.

• 3+ years working with an ATS system (iCIMS and Linked In Recruiter experience strongly preferred).

• 2+ years recruiting experience for an AEC organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field or 8 years of equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 7 years prior relevant experience.
