1-Year Contract | Full-Time About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our client’s Clinical Recruiting team and help build the provider workforce that delivers exceptional care nationwide—both in-person and virtually. In this role, you will partner closely with clinical leaders to recruit Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and additional provider roles across the United States.

You will fully own top-of-funnel recruiting, drive sourcing strategy, and cultivate strong pipelines using creative, data-informed techniques. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping others succeed, and want to make an impact in consumer healthcare, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a network of high-quality candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship development.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and phone screens, effectively representing the role, team, and organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies, set expectations, and manage recruiting workflows.
  • Use data to refine strategies and improve efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Recommend and refine recruiting processes aligned to organizational goals and long-term growth.
  • Develop written sourcing and recruiting plans with defined deliverables, timelines, and tracking metrics.
  • Manage multiple searches across varied markets with autonomy and ownership.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on sourcing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience creating effective sourcing and closing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong ability to build, measure, and scale workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Proven success recruiting for competitive and complex healthcare markets using creative sourcing strategies.
