Excited yet? Us too! We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter I I. This will be a 12‑month contract with the possibility of extension, and will be fully onsite in any of the following locations:
Nashville TN, Seattle WA, Santa Clara CA or Arlington VA
.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles, including Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants
- Support a low-volume, high-touch hiring model requiring strong attention to detail
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand clinical and business needs and align on candidate profiles
- Proactively source and engage healthcare executive‑level talent using a consultative recruiting approach
- Screen candidates and guide them through interviews, ensuring a positive and thoughtful candidate experience
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate tracking and documentation within Greenhouse ATS
- Provide consistent follow-up to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
- Collaborate regularly with your manager and recruiting teammates through 1:1s and ongoing communication
- Meet or exceed recruiting performance indicators, including outreach activity, interview volume, and candidate progression
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare or executive recruiting
- Demonstrated experience managing full lifecycle recruiting in a quality-driven, high-touch environment
- Hands‑on experience using Greenhouse ATS
- Experience recruiting clinicians or executive-level healthcare professionals is strongly preferred
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a track record of delivering results
- High attention to detail with strong follow‑up and organizational skills
- Solid administrative skills and comfort managing multiple workflows simultaneously
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with a supportive, mission‑driven team
- Experience limited to high-volume recruiting environments is not a fit for this role
- Pay range for this position will be $52.47 to $47.47 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
