Derflan is seeking a Recruiter II to support a large global technology company within its healthcare services organization through a high-impact consulting engagement. This is a full-time role based onsite in Seattle, Washington (SEA

This role supports a specialized clinical recruiting team focused on hiring healthcare providers who deliver exceptional patient care both in-office and virtually across the United States. The Recruiter II will manage full life-cycle recruiting for Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other clinical roles supporting telehealth visits, customer care, and Medicare population health programs.

The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare recruiting experience, proven sourcing capability, and the ability to manage high-volume, full-cycle requisitions within structured, performance-driven environments. This role requires ownership, strong stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven mindset to deliver consistent hiring results.

Client: Large Global Technology Company (Healthcare Services Division)

Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension based on business needs)

Compensation: Annual Base Salary:$94k, full benefits

What You’ll Do Full Life-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for clinical provider roles across multiple national markets
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and hiring plans
  • Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments
  • Guide candidates through the full hiring process, setting expectations and ensuring a strong experience
  • Maintain a typical hiring cycle of approximately 40 days
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of clinical talent through proactive sourcing and market research
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to solve hiring challenges in competitive markets
  • Leverage data and recruiting metrics to continuously refine sourcing effectiveness
  • Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution
Stakeholder & Process Management
  • Collaborate with a team of 8 recruiters and recruiting leadership
  • Participate in weekly recruiter meetings and bi-weekly check-ins
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and hiring metrics in a structured format
  • Recommend process improvements and optimize recruiting workflows
Success Metrics
  • Sourcing pipeline strength and conversion ratios
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • 3+ years of sourcing experience
  • Direct healthcare recruiting experience (clinical roles required)
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent searches in high-volume environments
  • Ability to develop and execute structured sourcing and closing strategies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in competitive healthcare markets
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to build scalable recruiting workflows
  • Resourceful and proactive problem-solving mindset
