ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYArtera is seeking a Technical Recruiter and Site Lead who thrives in two modes: as a strategic, relationship driver who excels at hiring great AI and technical talent, and as the hands‑on builder of a workplace people love showing up to.
You will spend about 70% of your time driving full‑cycle technical recruiting across AI, engineering, product, and related functions, and the remaining 30% serving as the anchor of our Seattle office — shaping the local employee experience, running engagement programming, and keeping our space running smoothly.
You will also be the face of Artera in Seattle. This is a role for someone who doesn't want to choose between recruiting and people ops — you’ll get to do both well, own a geography, and build a meaningful presence as we launch our next physical hub in Seattle, where we've been growing a remote team for over a year.
You will report to the SVP of People to align with our broader talent and people programs, and work closely with our CTO (also Seattle‑based) on hiring strategy and local culture, giving you visibility into both the talent strategy and the organization you're hiring for.
- Full Cycle Recruiting and Candidate Experience

Own full-cycle talent acquisition for technical roles — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close — ensuring all candidates have an excellent experience throughout the process, regardless of the final outcome. - AI Talent Sourcing
