Job Summary

Our client, a global, diversified technology company and the world’s largest online retailer, is seeking a Sales Recruiter to join their US recruiting organization. It is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit team specializing in the sourcing and recruitment of high-level sales candidates.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships, which will align successfully in the organization. You must be located in either Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA, and be willing to work in the office. You must have recruited for high-level sales roles and/or GTM for tech companies.

Job Type: 11-month contract with potential for extension or conversion

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm PT

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring teams to develop effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
  • Drive candidate generation efforts through innovative sourcing techniques and market research.
  • Manage candidate pipelines by building and maintaining a network of potential candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit, motivation, and chemistry.
  • Screen, interview, and prepare a high-quality candidate slate within designated timelines.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in a high-volume or technical environment and for executive level positions.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search, sourcing tools, and techniques to identify passive candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
