AWS is looking for driven, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed new graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team, helping identify and attract world-class talent that fuels innovation across Amazon and serving as the next generation of leaders in our growing global recruiting organization.
Eligibility Requirements- Graduate from a bachelor’s degree program between 6/2024 and 6/2026, or graduated within the past 24 months.
- Ability to relocate to Seattle, WA based on business need; relocation assistance provided if eligible.
- Ability to begin 40‑hour/week full‑time employment in Summer 2026.
- We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
- Source and engage candidates for technical profiles (software development engineers, technical product managers, and other specialized roles) supporting teams that build and scale AWS services.
- Proactively identify, reach out to, and build relationships with prospective candidates, serving as their first point of contact with Amazon and representing our team's culture and mission.
- Manage, prioritize, and fulfill job searches against a timeline, setting benchmarks and metrics, and achieving SLAs.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, prioritize time, show sense of urgency, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Age 18 years or older.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date between June 2024 and June 2026, or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in the past 24 months.
- Work, internship, or other leadership experience in a professional environment.
- Strong academic, leadership and/or extracurricular record.
- Majors/concentrations in HR Management, Organizational Development, business administration, or related fields.

Base salary range: 80,200.00 – 99,100.00 USD annually (Seattle, WA).
Package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
