As a Staffing Manager, you’ll run a full‑cycle recruiting desk: sourcing talent, interviewing candidates, building long‑term relationships, and partnering closely with clients and your internal sales team to create successful matches. - Prioritize effectively and thrive in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven recruiting process
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, recruiting, or business
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and driven
- A strong communicator, comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels
- Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills
- Positive, team‑oriented, and brings a great sense of humor
- Able to regularly commute to on‑prem Fremont neighborhood
- Salary $80,000 + uncapped commission
